St. Anthony’s Inter College is one of the renowned colleges in Pratapgarh city. I feel proud to be the head of this institution. It was established in 1981 by Roman Catholic Diocese of Allahabad Pvt. Ltd. It is an unit of Diocese of Allahabad Education Society, run primarily for Catholics and in addition for members of other communities without any discrimination of casts, creed and religion. The parents and students have great hope and expectation from this college which it tries to fulfil them. The aim of the college is to bring out the best in students, develop their hidden talents and make them responsible and better citizens of our country.

The college puts stress on character formation with academic excellence. The college along with Principal, the committed teaching & non teaching members of the staff & all the co-workers strive hard to provide students the maximum exposure and opportunity in all fields - academic, civic, moral, cultural, social, sport, and extra-curricular activities to have all round development in them. Much has been achieved and still much yet to be achieved.

I Congratulate and appreciate for all the hard works done by my predecessors for making this college what it is today and I foresee that with the support and co-operation of the parents/guardians and well wishers all the students who enter in the temple of knowledge of St. Anthony’s Inter College with its motto, “From Darkness to Light” will achieve what they aspire to achieve.
